In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts. The Role (Duties & Responsibilities) Own and grow a portfolio of municipal, commercial real estate, and venue clients Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiation, and close Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events Maintain and expand existing accounts through strong relationship management and upselling opportunities Develop tailored sales strategies based on market insights and territory potential Present custom, high-visibility holiday décor solutions to clients Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure successful project execution Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM (Zoho or similar) Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining client satisfaction Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B, outside, or enterprise sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Experience working with municipalities, commercial real estate, venues, or multi-stakeholder buyers is preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to generate and close new business while managing ongoing client relationships Organized and self-directed with strong territory and account management skills Experience using CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) Comfortable analyzing market data and adapting sales strategies Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows Not a Fit For Candidates seeking transactional, high-volume, or short sales cycles Those looking for inside-only sales roles with limited client interaction Individuals who prefer highly structured environments without ownership of their territory Candidates uncomfortable with proactive outreach and business development
