This role sits at the center of growth and execution and works directly with the Founder and CEO on market entry decisions, partnership strategy, and expansion initiatives that shape the company's future. This position is designed for a high‑potential, business‑minded professional who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility early in their career, operate with ownership, and grow rapidly alongside a scaling company.

Required (domestic and international) Duties Lead market research and expansion analysis for new U.S. and international markets, including customer dynamics, competitive landscape, regulatory considerations, and partnership opportunities Synthesize research into clear, executive‑level recommendations that directly inform go‑to‑market and expansion decisions Build and deliver high‑impact presentations for leadership, partners, and external stakeholders via Zoom and in person Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships tied to market expansion Participate in meetings, pitches, conferences, and on‑site visits; travel is a core part of the role Own high‑priority initiatives from analysis through execution, with visibility at the executive level Represent the company professionally with senior external stakeholders, partners, and advisors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills with the ability to translate insight into action Comfortable presenting to senior audiences and engaging with external partners Highly driven, detail‑oriented, and eager to take ownership Excited by fast‑paced environments, ambiguity, and international exposure Motivated by growth, responsibility, and long‑term impact Why This Role Direct, ongoing exposure to Founder and CEO decision‑making Hands‑on experience with U.S. and global market expansion Real ownership of projects that influence company direction Clear opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles
Total Compensation:
Up to $160,000 per year
Base:
