The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the company by building relationships with prospective clients, presenting the company's services, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The Account Executive serves as a front-line representative of the company's brand and works closely with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired clients who require ongoing retention support. This job description is subject to change as the company restructures and assigns new roles. Salary - $60,000 - 100,000 + Commission Requirements Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively Ability to provide accurate and detailed information for the operations team, including scope of work, billing information, and client details Strong client and market understanding with the ability to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate value Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage a lead pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships within the industry Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions Ability to work collaboratively with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Team Lead, and other team members to ensure smooth client transitions Familiarity with the company's target industries (preferred) Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities and client demands Highly preferred: industry experience in the environmental sector, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the industry Benefits Eligible employees receive paid holidays, paid vacation, and access to group health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan, plus any applicable state mandated insurance benefits.
