This organization partners with businesses to design and implement practical artificial intelligence solutions that streamline operations, modernize workflows, and drive measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client delivery in a highly collaborative environment. The Opportunity This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch, opening doors, and driving new revenue. Youll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and positioning AI solutions that deliver real business impact. We're looking for a hustler — someone resourceful, proactive, and energized by outbound motion, relationship building, and closing complex, consultative deals. What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation (cold outreach, events, referrals, partnerships) Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise decision-makers Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational inefficiencies and AI opportunities Translate client pain points into tailored AI consulting engagements Partner with technical teams to scope and position solutions Drive the full sales cycle from first touch through close Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets Represent the company at industry events and networking functions What Were Looking For Proven hunter — demonstrated success generating net-new business Experience selling consulting services, technical solutions, or emerging technologies (AI, SaaS, automation, data, etc.) Strong executive presence and consultative sales approach Comfortable selling complex, solution-oriented engagements Highly self-motivated with strong urgency and follow-through Natural relationship builder who enjoys being in the field and networking Ability to translate technical concepts into business value Ideal Background Experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or technology consulting sales Track record of closing 6-figure+ deals Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment Why Join Be at the forefront of applied AI innovation High visibility, high-impact role with leadership exposure Collaborative, strategy-driven culture Strong earning potential tied to performance Opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly scaling firm uncapped earning potential Comp structure is salary plus commissions, $60-80,000 base OTE $200,000++
