- Colorado preferred / Remote considered Senior Account Executive — Commercial Furniture Base + uncapped commission

- Start selling day one We're not looking for someone to learn the business.
- What you'll actually do Transition your existing client relationships to our platform and begin generating revenue within your first 90 days Own the full sales cycle — from initial conversation to signed contract — with direct access to end-user decision-makers Grow accounts strategically: expansions, reconfigurations, multi-site rollouts, and refresh cycles Partner with our project and delivery teams post-sale; your job is relationships and revenue, not logistics Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities What we need from you•The profile we're hiring for A proven book of business: active, named relationships with procurement, facilities, or corporate real estate leaders at companies spending $500K+ annually on commercial furniture 2+ years of direct commercial furniture sales — not project management, not design coordination, not dealership operations Demonstrated ability to close large, complex transactions ($250K+ per project) without handholding Deep knowledge of how to competitively position alternatives to major commercial furniture lines Clean, non-compete situation — you need to be able to bring your relationships on day one Ideal target client profile = Class A office space Corporate HQs Multi-site enterprise accounts Financial service firms, Law firms, Tech companies, etc.
- Built to reward people who produce Base salary

- 150K) Commission
- Uncapped Territory
- National OTE (realistic, year 1)
