Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales. Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and exceed targets. Strong discovery, demo, and value messaging skills. Negotiation proficiency and ability to navigate procurement. Time management and prioritization across multiple opportunities. Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Training in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
You will:
Execute territory plans, prospect for net-new logos, and expand existing accounts. Qualify opportunities rigorously and run structured sales cycles to close. Collaborate with solution specialists and partners to build compelling proposals. Forecast accurately, maintain CRM records, and report weekly progress.
