New Jersey or North East US The Opportunity As a Sales Executive, you will be selling Treatt's ingredient solutions to beverage companies and flavor & fragrance houses. You will be given ownership of your sales territory to be able to drive revenue & profitability growth for both existing and new accounts. The role will involve ensuring appropriate customer coverage and regular meetings with key departments including procurement, innovations, and operations based at Treatt USA. • Rebecca, Commercial Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for sales & profitability for assigned accounts and developing new accounts that are consistent with Treatt's business strategy.

Manage global accounts selling different products portfolio working close to NPD and Marketing areas. Responsible for the management & direction of Treatt's agents in specific territories (if applicable). Planning and attending sales meetings with existing & potential strategic accounts. Meet or surpass sales and profit expectations as agreed with Director of Sales and VP Global Sales, for the fiscal year. Responsible for managing customer accounts and contracts, coordinating with other areas sales performance Coordinate the involvement of personnel from other departments including applications, planning, R D, regulatory & customer service in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. Establish & adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand. Provide regular and comprehensive description of sales activity, including customer visit reports and weekly sales updates. Act in the best interest of Treatt PLC at all times. Perform other such tasks as are consistent with the general description. Education & Training Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Food Science, etc.) 5+ years plus experience specifically in our industry, with a demonstrable knowledge of products and types of customers. Knowledge & Experience Experience managing Global beverage accounts as well as medium size private label accounts in the Food and Beverage industries.. Execute a strategic approach to developing existing and winning new business. Can clearly communicate appropriate value proposition for value-added solutions to a technical & commercial audience. WORKING CONDITIONS

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer for communication, reporting, and account management. Frequent use of telephone, video conferencing, and electronic communication tools. Ability to travel by car and airplane up to approximately 40% of the time. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout customer sites, offices, or trade shows during visits and meetings. Occasionally may need to lift or carry materials up to 20 pounds, such as product samples, marketing materials, or luggage during travel.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Primarily a remote/home office work environment with frequent use of computer systems, phone, and virtual meeting platforms. Regular travel to customer locations, industry events, and Treatt facilities as required. Work is performed in office, customer site, and occasional laboratory or manufacturing environments when visiting customers or Treatt operations. May involve working in fast-paced sales environments with competing priorities and deadlines. Frequent interaction with internal teams, customers, and external partners through virtual meetings, phone calls, and in-person visits.
