Duties Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to identify new client opportunities and expand existing accounts Engage in warm calling to establish initial contact and nurture relationships with potential clients Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability Manage a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional account management, addressing client needs proactively Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling pitches and presentations that resonate with prospective clients Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new growth avenues Requirements Proven experience in Sales especially Commercial Cleaning Sales, or related fields with a focus on account management and business development Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively Demonstrated success in technical sales or marketing roles within a competitive environment Ability to analyze data, market insights, and customer needs to craft tailored solutions Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm calling approach that builds trust quickly Leadership qualities that motivate teams and drive results in fast-paced settings Join us as an Account Executive and be part of a forward-thinking team committed to growth, innovation, and making meaningful connections.
