Overview ExecuSource is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory for a leading provider of wireless communications and technology solutions. This role is built for a true hunter — someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, and converting opportunities into long-term profitable customers while protecting and expanding an existing book of business.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account retention, and account expansion within an assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, and in-person meetings
  • Conduct customer discovery to understand business needs, operational challenges, and communication requirements, then present and position value-added solutions in a consultative and compelling manner
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a strong focus on self-sourced prospecting, opportunity conversion, and advancing conversations to decision-makers at multiple levels
  • Partner with internal teams including sales leadership, operations, engineering, service, and vendor partners to develop winning solutions and prepare accurate proposals, pricing, quotes, and presentations on time
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify service issues, competitive risk, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and share-of-wallet expansion, while helping recover at-risk accounts through timely, solution-oriented intervention
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity, pipeline, and account information in the CRM system and deliver consistent forecasting, prospecting activity volume, and speed of follow-through
