Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.

email, telephone, and written correspondence) Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV. Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies. Attend one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week. Perform all other reasonable requests by management.
