Job Description

Account Executive - SMB Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team. In this role, you will help businesses with 10-299 employees identify technology solutions that improve connectivity, productivity, and growth. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and acquire newSMB business customers within an assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customer challenges and recommend tailored wireless, internet, and business technology solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through closing and account onboarding. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Participate in community networking events and local business organizations to generate new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if territory-based travel is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling telecommunications, wireless, technology, SaaS, or business services. Knowledge of small business operations and technology needs. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
