Role:
We are seeking a driven and consultative PEO Sales Representative to join our HR Strategies Division growing team in Georgia. In this role, you will help small and mid-sized businesses streamline their HR functions by offering comprehensive solutions including payroll, employee benefits, risk management, and compliance support.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned Georgia territory Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized PEO solutions to business owners and decision-makers Present and explain services, pricing, and contracts clearly and accurately Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach Manage and track all sales activities using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (PEO, payroll, HR services, or insurance preferred) Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively Familiarity with employment practices and business regulations in Georgia is a plus
