The Gwinnett Stripers, Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, deliver high-caliber baseball and vibrant game-day experiences at Gwinnett Field. Position Overview:
Gwinnett Stripers are actively seeking an Account Executive to join their highly dynamic Ticket Sales Team. We believe that Ticket Sales is a vital part of our teams' performance, and our Account Executives play a critical role in that success. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within the sports industry and curious to learn the inner workings of our business at every level. The individual in this position is expected not only to be an exceptional salesperson but also to deliver outstanding customer service to all clients to ensure fan retention and to establish a positive experience with the brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using Ticketmaster Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums Contribute to overall operation by "answering the call" when assistance is needed in another area of our operation
Qualifications:
