We're hiring an Associate Account Executive to join our education staffing team, partnering with school districts nationwide to fill critical, student-facing roles. This is an agency recruiting and staffing sales role focused on building relationships, sourcing talent, and delivering results. It is not a pathway into HR or corporate Talent Acquisition. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop their sales and recruiting skills in a performance-driven environment and are excited by clear goals, healthy competition, and continuous growth. This position is fully onsite in our Norcross, GA office and has a start date of June 29, 2026. What You'll Do Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one Source, screen, and engage candidates for urgent school-based hiring needs Build and maintain a strong bench of qualified talent Match candidates to district and school requirements with speed and accuracy Consistently achieve recruiting and activity goals Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within internal systems Who Thrives in This Role Successful team members are typically early-career professionals who enjoy working toward goals, embrace coaching, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales and recruiting.
