Duties Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective clients in the B2B (business-to-business) space. Lead negotiations with clients to secure advertising contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with their marketing objectives. Develop tailored multimedia marketing strategies that leverage digital, social media, video, and other innovative channels to maximize client visibility and engagement. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, analyzing campaign performance data, and recommending adjustments to optimize results. Collaborate closely with internal teams—including creative, technical sales, and account management—to deliver seamless campaign execution. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipeline stages, and account activity for accurate forecasting and reporting. Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients through complex technical solutions and educating them on emerging media trends and technologies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B marketing or technology sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated success in business development activities such as warm calling and prospecting new clients. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and sales processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights for clients. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate colleagues, and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
