This is a high-performance sales role for someone who thrives in negotiation, handles pressure well, and is motivated by revenue growth, competition, positional growth, and personal accountability. As a Real Estate Account Executive, you will speak directly with homeowners, build rapport, analyze property opportunities, negotiate pricing, and guide sellers through the contract process. You will work closely with company leadership and play a direct role in driving company revenue. The ideal candidate is confident, emotionally disciplined, coachable, competitive, relentless with follow-up, and thrives on performance-based income. This is not a passive customer service role — this is a revenue-generating closing position. This is primarily a virtual position; however, candidates must be located in the Chicagoland area as the team meets in person on a quarterly basis. $85,000•$120,000 OTE ($2000 base per month for first 90 days, + tiered commission 10•15% of sales)

OTE Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled sales appointments with homeowners via phone Build rapport and uncover seller motivation through strategic questioning Analyze property opportunities using the company's underwriting standards Present and negotiate cash offers with homeowners Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads to move opportunities toward signed agreements Overcome objections confidently while maintaining professionalism and integrity Maintain accurate notes, pipeline stages, and documentation inside the CRM Collaborate with leadership and disposition teams to ensure smooth deal flow Track key performance metrics, including close rates, contract volume, and pipeline health Continuously improve negotiation, communication, and sales skills
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of performance Strong communication and negotiation skills Competitive and revenue-driven mindset High emotional control under pressure Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving ability Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally Strong organizational and follow-up discipline Coachable with a willingness to continuously improve Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Basic understanding of sales psychology and relationship building Proficient with CRM systems and computer communication tools Real estate, high-ticket sales, or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required About Company At Kingsman Property Partners, our mission is to solve people's problems through real estate.
