Job Description
Outside Sales Professional - Industrial Packaging A growing industrial packaging manufacturer is looking for a driven Outside Sales Professional to join their team. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to build new business, grow accounts, and directly influence revenue in a company that's actively expanding its market presence. What You'll Do Drive new business through prospecting and relationship building Manage and grow existing accounts Sell custom packaging solutions (not commoditized products) Work closely with engineering and production teams Own the full sales cycle from first call to close Maintain pipeline and consistently hit or exceed targets What You Bring B2B sales experience (manufacturing, packaging, or industrial preferred ) Proven ability to generate new business Strong relationship-building and account management skills Ability to understand technical products and communicate value Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven Compensation Base salary: $60K-$110K (based on experience) Uncapped commission — performance directly drives earnings Apply / Contact Submit your resume for consideration.
