Advanced Media Partners is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic marketing partnerships with local and regional businesses around Peoria, IL. We help our clients reach their goals through creative, results-driven campaigns that combine radio, digital, and event marketing solutions .
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Bring a proven track record of success in media, marketing, or B2B sales (radio and/or digital preferred) Demonstrate strategic thinking and consultative selling skills , with the ability to craft integrated marketing solutions Excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships , serving as a trusted advisor Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills , both written and verbal Exhibit leadership qualities —mentoring newer team members or contributing to team strategy Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience in marketing, sales, or communications) Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and audiences—and develop tailored marketing strategies Create and present compelling, multi-platform proposals leveraging radio, digital, and event marketing assets Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and promotional teams to deliver impactful campaigns Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize client ROI Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activity We offer a very competitive compensation package that includes salary plus commission and a full benefits package. The starting salary for this role is $42,000 annually; however, the final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
