Job Requisition ID #26WD98364Enterprise Account ExecutiveJob Requisition SummaryAutodesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to strategically grow and expand relationships across high-value enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for leading comprehensive account growth strategies, driving incremental revenue, expanding product adoption, and positioning Autodesk as a long-term strategic partner to customers undergoing digital transformation.

The Enterprise Account Executive will own strategic executive relationships, account planning, revenue generation, pipeline management, complex deal negotiations, and orchestration of cross-functional account teams.
This role goes beyond execution:
it requires the ability to refine and innovate account strategies, influence executive stakeholders, lead high-complexity commercial motions, and drive measurable business outcomes for both Autodesk and the customer.

This role is suited for an experienced enterprise sales leader who can operate with senior decision-makers, navigate complex customer organizations, lead matrixed teams, and create scalable growth opportunities across EBA and non-EBA enterprise accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account GrowthLead and refine comprehensive growth strategies for assigned enterprise accounts, including EBA and non-EBA customersDevelop multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities, Autodesk growth objectives, and long-term value creationIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities across new business units, buyer groups, personas, and use casesDrive buyer seat expansion and product adoption across complex customer organizationsLead QBRs, executive check-ins, and senior stakeholder engagement to review progress, business outcomes, risks, and future growth opportunitiesInnovate account strategies that create scalable growth models and influence broader business outcomesRevenue Generation & Pipeline ManagementMaximize incremental revenue through upsell, cross-sell, upgraded products, new offerings, and EBA token consumption strategiesOwn pipeline development, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy for growth, expansion, and renewal opportunitiesUse data-driven insights to assess account potential, customer spend trends, adoption signals, whitespace, and riskProactively adjust account tactics based on customer priorities, market changes, competitive dynamics, and business goalsDeliver predictable revenue performance while identifying transformational opportunities that support long-term customer and Autodesk growthExecutive Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and key influencers across assigned accountsAdapt communication style to diverse executive audiences and manage challenging conversations with confidence, empathy, and business relevanceAct as a trusted advisor by connecting Autodesk capabilities to the customer's strategic objectives and transformation prioritiesDevelop compelling executive narratives that articulate business value, ROI, competitive differentiation, and long-term partnership opportunitiesSecure and maintain executive sponsorship for strategic initiatives, commercial agreements, and expansion opportunitiesComplex Deal Strategy & Commercial ExecutionLead complex enterprise negotiations, including expansions, renewals, multi-year agreements, and high-value commercial structuresBuild value-based business cases that quantify customer impact and support executive decision-makingNavigate procurement, commercial, legal, and stakeholder complexity to progress opportunities and mitigate riskMentor teams in complex deal negotiations and help shape strategic deal approaches across large enterprise opportunitiesAccount Team Unit / Cross-Functional OrchestrationStrategically lead partnerships with the extended sales team, Technical Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Partner teams, and executive stakeholdersOrchestrate the Account Team Unit to co-develop scalable, impactful customer solutionsAlign technical discovery, messaging, value proposition, and commercial strategy to customer needsDrive accountability across internal teams through clear ownership, communication, and execution cadenceEnsure seamless post-sale handoff to Customer Success for onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing relationship managementServe as an escalation point for customer challenges and internal alignment issuesPartner with Customer Success and Consulting teams to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes from Autodesk solutions Industry, Competitive & Business LeadershipMaintain deep knowledge of the customer's industry, business model, transformation priorities, competitive landscape, and regulatory environmentTranslate industry challenges into tailored Autodesk solutions and differentiated value propositionsProvide customer and market insights to internal Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing teamsInfluence Autodesk's go-to-market approach by sharing enterprise customer needs, competitive intelligence, and emerging market opportunitiesRepresent Autodesk as a strategic thought partner in executive-level customer conversationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience10+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or consultative business development experienceProven success managing complex enterprise accounts and driving significant revenue growthExperience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large, matrixed customer organizationsDemonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise agreementsStrong track record of pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainmentExperience leading cross-functional account teams, including Technical Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Partner, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk stakeholdersStrong business acumen, analytical thinking, executive communication, and consultative selling skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, platform, digital transformation, or technology solution salesFamiliarity with Autodesk's Architecture, Engineering, and Construction customer segments and the business challenges, workflows, and digital transformation priorities within the AECO industryExperience leading strategic customer transformations, large-scale adoption programs, or executive-sponsored growth initiativesAdvanced skills in value-based selling, ROI modeling, business case development, and executive Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
