About Dimerco:

Monday - Friday , 9:00AM-5:30
PM Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Familiarity with technology sales concepts is a plus. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Handle internal & external quote enquires from Customers/Oversea Offices/Agents Coordinate shipment arrangements, generate shipment report, & troubleshoot solutions case-by-case for customer by working together and communicating with operations, overseas offices, & sales department Generate business leads internally and secure new business and grow customer base, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Prepare & promote effective market promotions and presentations for Dimerco Station. Responsible for developing mutual accounts with overseas team, setup target goals and pursuit for achievement. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments and stations to enhance operations and streamline billing processes. Utilize the company's systems and mobile applications throughout the marketing, sales, and customer service cycles. Manage customer risk assessments, oversee credit applications, and handle accounts receivable collections in accordance with company regulations and policies.
