Job Description

Position Overview The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding our Ambulatory Infusion Clinic's footprint through strategic relationship development and community engagement. This individual will work closely with clinic leadership to increase patient referrals, strengthen provider partnerships, and represent our brand with professionalism and purpose. Key Responsibilities Referral Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, nurse practitioners, office managers, and specialty clinics to drive new patient referrals.
Market Outreach:
Identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential referral sources across assigned territories.
Brand Representation:
Serve as a professional ambassador for our center communicating our values, services, and patient care approach with credibility and confidence.
Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute targeted growth strategies that align with company objectives.
Community Engagement:
Represent the center at local healthcare events, community organizations, and networking opportunities.
Reporting & Insights:
Track outreach activities, referral trends, and competitive insights, providing regular updates to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless provider and patient experience.
Market Feedback:
Provide field-level intelligence to inform marketing initiatives, patient experience improvements, and operational refinements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a healthcare-related field (preferred but not required). HIPAA Compliance All employees are required to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all patient information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable state and federal privacy regulations.
This includes:
Accessing, using, and disclosing Protected Health Information (PHI) only as necessary to perform assigned job duties. Safeguarding all patient data—verbal, written, or electronic—against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Completing annual HIPAA training and demonstrating understanding of company privacy and security policies. Reporting any suspected breaches of PHI or HIPAA violations immediately to the appropriate compliance officer or supervisor. Participating in audits and compliance initiatives as directed by leadership or regulatory agencies. Failure to comply with HIPAA policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development—preferably within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or ambulatory care. Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term professional relationships. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Strong understanding of healthcare referral dynamics and patient access processes. Ability to work independently and travel locally to provider offices and community events.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
