This role combines the sale of transportation factoring services with industry-leading fuel card programs, providing carriers with the cash flow and fuel savings they need to operate and grow their businesses. If you have experience selling financial services, transportation solutions, freight brokerage services, fuel cards, or trucking-related products, this is an excellent opportunity to build a lucrative book of business with recurring revenue potential. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new trucking, freight brokerage, and transportation company accounts. Sell transportation factoring services to owner-operators, fleets, and freight brokers. Present and enroll qualified clients into our fuel card program featuring industry-leading fuel discounts. Build relationships with trucking company owners, dispatchers, fleet managers, and decision-makers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events. Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that improve clients' cash flow and operating costs. Manage the sales process from initial contact through onboarding. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity. Collaborate with operations and client services teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Qualifications Preferred Experience 2+ years of B2B sales experience. Transportation, logistics, factoring, fuel card, freight brokerage, trucking, or financial services experience preferred. Strong prospecting and closing skills. Experience making outbound sales calls and managing a sales pipeline. Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships. Desired Traits Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset. Compensation Expected Earnings:
Base Salary:
$40,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) Uncapped Commissions Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually Why Join Us?
