This role will pay commission & qualifying quarterly bonus on top of salary. This role is for a hunter-type salesperson with field-based direct sales experience in the Unified Communications as a Service, Managed Services, Security, and Contact Center as a Service market. The Outside Sales Representative position is located in the Greater Kansas City Area and offers some flexibility for remote work. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Outside Sales Representative role in the Kansas City Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, sales presentations, relationship building, prospective customer demonstrations, and customer service. A hunter mentality is required Qualifications Excellent Cold Calling ability and the willingness to invest the time in building a funnel from scratch Strong sales presentation, relationship-building, and customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in new business development Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and across functions to drive results Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools College degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience Experience in selling cloud-based communications technology, including CCaaS is a requirement Understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
