This individual will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue across guest rooms, meetings, events, and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a relationship-focused environment, and understands the elevated service standards associated with a premium hotel brand.   • $90k plus bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holiday pay Career growth opportunities within a respected premium hospitality brand Dynamic and guest-focused work environment Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, event planners, and local businesses Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive hotel revenue and occupancy Conduct property tours and client presentations showcasing hotel amenities, accommodations, dining, and event spaces Negotiate contracts and close sales for group bookings, meetings, events, and corporate accounts Collaborate with marketing, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting within CRM systems Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel brand Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and local business developments Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, or resorts Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new business Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms is a plus #IND2
