Senior Sales Executive (Commercial HVAC) Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in Commercial HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the HVAC industry, capable of identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the commercial HVAC sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and service contracts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry, with a focus on commercial applications. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) principles, and business development strategies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
