This role focuses on achieving monthly and annual sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to customers. The Account Executive collaborates closely with leadership to execute sales strategies and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and generate new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales quotas Identify, research, and prioritize prospective clients through targeted outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, and client presentations Execute strategic business development plans for targeted accounts Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and growth initiatives Participate in bid reviews and project discussions Track and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports Monitor progress against revenue targets and adjust strategies as needed Attend client meetings to support relationship development and business growth Maintain organized records of all sales activities and client interactions Participate in internal meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role (preferably in construction, engineering, or technical services) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and urgency Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits Work Environment Combination of office, client site, and field-based work environments May include jobsite visits, mechanical spaces, rooftops, or outdoor conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction environments may be required Schedule Full-time position, typically Monday-Friday Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs Additional Information This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
