Job Description

Kurv Payments is hiring experienced B2B Outside Sales Executives to sell payment processing, merchant services, credit card processing, and POS solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. If you're a proven closer who wants to control your income and build with high commissions payouts , this role provides the tools, support, and appointment flow to scale your earnings. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for sales professionals who want high upside and the ability to control their unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Meet face-to-face with small and mid-sized business owners to identify needs and present solutions Sell and support solutions including: Credit Card Processing / Merchant Services Payment Processing Technology POS Systems & Terminals Fintech / Business Technology Tools Follow a proven B2B sales process : prospect → appointment → presentation → close Close deals in-person and build long-term client relationships Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM and quoting tools Compensation & Incentives Kurv Payments provides a strong earnings platform with: High commission payouts (unlimited earning potential) Monthly, Quarterly & Annual. Base Pay starting $40,000 Fast-start bonus potential: $10,000 paid after first 180 days Fintech sales tools + CRM for quoting, tracking, and follow-up Training & Support You will be backed by: Comprehensive onboarding and product training Ongoing mentorship and coaching Pricing + closer support to help you win competitive deals Daily structure and performance standards to maximize production What We're Looking For This role is best for sales professionals who have: Proven success in B2B outside sales / field sales, preferably merchant services Proven hunter mentality, and ability to prospect and build pipeline Strong confidence in running appointments and closing in-person A consistent hunter mindset with discipline and urgency Ability to communicate clearly with business owners and decision-makers High personal accountability (you manage your schedule and production) Preferred experience: Merchant services / credit card processing Payment processing or fintech sales POS systems, terminals, or business solutions Selling to SMBs Why Kurv Payments Kurv Payments is built for closers who want more than a short-term sales job. Are you comfortable spending the majority of your workweek in the field meeting prospects, generating leads, and closing business in person? Have you consistently been responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas in a commission-driven environment? Do you have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for daily local travel? Are you willing to work a role where compensation is significantly tied to sales performance, including commissions? Do you have prior experience selling merchant services, payments, POS, SaaS, or other SMB business solutions? Have you sold in a high-volume prospecting environment requiring cold calling, canvassing, and self-generated pipeline? Are you comfortable discussing pricing, contract terms, and business needs directly with owners and decision-makers?
