Our organization is currently seeking a Fleet Account Executive. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Create and achieve annual budget for region (MAINTAIN / DEVELOP) This is the sales goal/commitment to Adrian Steel Achieve goal for specified percentage of market opportunity in region (GROW) Identify and articulate customers' business problem(s) and goals to Adrian Steel team Work with Solutions Lead and Fleet Account Lead to ensure customer solution plan is on target Implement and lead/facilitate

is a collaborative planning/execution meeting inclusive of a cross-functional team comprised of both external and internal players. The goal of the
FOUNDATION MEETING
is to build and execute customer strategy effectively. The participants of the meeting include: the fleet customer, the OEM, the LMC and Adrian Steel) Ensure the solution we create is good for BOTH the customer and Adrian Steel - responsible to build a mutually-beneficial partnership The key behaviors required for this role are: Ability to HUNT and FARM simultaneously Strong hunter (GROW) Effective farmer (MAINTAIN + DEVELOP) Ability to assess a business/industry Ability to discern a shareholders' report Ability to understand a financial statement Strong listening skills Empathy for the customer Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (all forms) Ability to deal with conflict effectively Ability to own a room Education / Skills required for this role: Bachelor's Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
Strong Office Knowledge and Calendar Skills Additional Requirements:
Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a "Driver" as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
