As an Account Executive at Shar Music, you'll play a key role in helping musicians, educators, and institutions find the right string instruments and accessories to support their craft. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Identify and target potential clients for building strong relationships with them and the company. Conduct research to understand clients needs and pain points and develop target solutions to address their challenges. Collaborate with other members of the sales team share best practices and strategies. Attend industry events and conferences to build industry knowledge and network with potential clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Assist with sales events. Other duties as assigned. You Might be a Great Fit ifYou:
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Organized and efficient with excellent follow-through Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Creative in how you approach challenges and opportunities Passionate about music, education, or the arts (a plus)Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with the music industry or musical instruments is a strong advantage Benefits Available forFull-Time Team Members:
