Requirements:
Strong self-motivation: show up, work hard, and prioritize customer care. Prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Technical aptitude for learning product lines and service offerings. Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred, not required). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools. Ability to manage sales pipelines and prioritize leads effectively.
Job Requirements:
Commitment to customer service — "good enough" is not acceptable. Valid driver's license and insurable record (clean driving record required).
Position Summary:
The Sales Executive drives new business growth across Florida's commercial and industrial markets, developing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing high-value installation and service agreements. With a $50K base salary plus uncapped commissions and a $100K+ earning potential , this role rewards performance, persistence, and production. You'll represent a Top 10 nationally ranked dealer known for solving complex challenges and delivering industry-leading solutions. We're looking for a confident, competitive, and relationship-driven closer who thrives on prospecting, presenting, and winning new business . The ideal candidate is assertive yet customer-focused , balancing strong follow-through and process discipline with the ability to build trust across facilities and decision-makers. Preventative Maintenance Plans Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and attending industry events.
Customer Needs:
Conduct site visits to assess requirements; schedule regular follow-ups with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Product Presentation:
Demonstrate features and benefits of our full product line to prospective clients.
Quoting & Pricing:
Prepare detailed quotes and estimates; send pricing and maintain estimates through project completion.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through communication and follow-up. Relationship building should extend to multiple roles and multiple facilities to maximize the revenue of accounts
Order Management:
Process orders accurately and ensure accountability for projects sold through the entire supply chain.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
Learning & Development:
Success in the role will also require continuous improvement and development of knowledge and skills, evolving over time.
