Heavy Mechanical / Commercial Services Position Overview CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a driven, relationship-focused, and highly motivated Account Executive to support the continued growth and expansion of our operations within the Jackson, Mississippi market. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of building business, developing territories, and creating long-term client relationships within the construction, industrial, HVAC, piping, mechanical, or related trade industries. We are looking for someone who understands how to operate in a relationship-driven environment, can open doors, build trust quickly, and aggressively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining professionalism and accountability. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and grow relationships with commercial, industrial, and mechanical clients throughout the Jackson market Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry connections Generate revenue through consistent sales activity and client engagement Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active opportunities and prospective accounts Conduct client meetings, presentations, and jobsite visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align client expectations with service delivery Market Growth & Territory Development Assist in expanding CMC's presence and market share throughout the region Utilize existing relationships and industry knowledge to create new opportunities Maintain visibility within the local construction and heavy mechanical market Represent the company professionally within industry events, networking functions, and client meetings Support long-term territory growth initiatives and revenue targets Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned and prospective clients Maintain strong communication and follow-through throughout the sales process Build long-term relationships focused on trust, responsiveness, and execution Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and client communication Track performance metrics related to revenue growth, new business generation, and account activity Provide regular updates and forecasting reports to leadership Utilize CRM and reporting systems to manage opportunities and sales performance Qualifications Minimum of 4-5 years of proven sales and business development experience Demonstrated success growing territories, increasing revenue, and building client relationships Experience within the heavy mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, construction, industrial, or related trade industries strongly preferred Established network and market familiarity within the Jackson, Mississippi area preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated individual capable of operating independently while driving measurable results Proven ability to develop business through field activity and relationship management Professional presence with the ability to represent the company at a high level
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
