ABOUT THE POSITION

Charlotte Motor Speedway is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate. This is a part-time, IN-PERSON position that will be scheduled for up to 30 hours per week. Must be flexible to work day, night, and weekend shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for generating revenue through ticket sales, camping, and value added up-sales via phone, email, and in-person. Consistently meet or exceed daily touchpoint goal with a heavy emphasis on Outbound Calls. Outbound Calls of 50+ per day; Touchpoints of 80+ per day. Renew, upgrade, and sell new tickets for NASCAR, NHRA, and World of Outlaws World Finals events. Build relationships with new and returning fans to provide ticketing, camping, and upgrade packages that best fit each customer s individual needs. Play an integral role in the Consumer Sales team s revenue goals. Represent Charlotte Motor Speedway with professionalism and enthusiasm at Events onsite & offsite. Maintain list of consumers and prospects within our CRM system. Provide excellent customer service. Assist with other assigned event responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must possess high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience. Be an enthusiastic team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom); experience with Ticketmaster Archtics a plus.
