The candidate must be able to effectively identify and create solutions to help businesses in this environment. Someone who is digitally savvy and desire to create integrated marketing campaigns for their clients. Someone who is well-organized and has a deep understanding of prospecting, appointment setting, and developing strong relationships with customers. Must be able to manage his/her own time and use their time effectively to maximize results.

Multimedia Sales Professional:

o Ability to solicit sponsors for broadcast, digital, and special events o Manage digital sales o Manage Special Events o Manage Radio sales o Proven Sales Record, Time Management, and Presentation Skills with Technical expertise and confidence in online, mobile, social media, and computer skills o Ability to effectively collaborate with clients, promotions, and on-air team. o Develop prospective leads using a variety of sources, attend local or category business events for networking opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends o Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment o Develop and deliver sales presentations o Steers clients based on market, platform and station information o Regularly meet and exceed sales targets o Always willing to learn and excel. o Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment. o Follows all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists and forecasts Related keywords: sales
