Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM | Travel Required | Quarterly Bonus Structure Magnum is hiring an LTL Account Executive to grow revenue through new business development and strategic customer relationships across the Fargo, Jamestown, Grand Forks, and Aberdeen terminal markets. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing transportation solutions, and expanding Magnum's customer base throughout our service network. If you're a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and engaging with customers, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Build and grow relationships with existing customers by providing transportation solutions and identifying opportunities to expand business Generate qualified sales leads through networking, industry research, transportation resources, and market analysis Identify new businesses and industries that align with Magnum's services and operational footprint Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and relationship building Conduct face-to-face meetings, sales presentations, and customer visits Maintain regular communication with current and prospective customers to develop long-term partnerships Work closely with Magnum's pricing department to develop competitive transportation pricing programs Present pricing proposals and follow up with prospective accounts to secure new freight opportunities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and grow customer accounts Maintain proactive communication with the Regional Sales Director regarding sales activity, pipeline development, and market opportunities Generate accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer activity documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers and operational partners Compensation & Perks Quarterly bonus structure Unlimited new account spiff opportunities Company vehicle provided Company credit card provided for business expenses Work remotely from your home office while meeting with customers face-to-face throughout the day Overnight travel approximately once per quarter Territory coverage includes: Fargo, Jamestown, Grand Forks, and Aberdeen This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package, including: Health Insurance with HSA/FSA Options Company Paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Proven success in generating revenue with both new and existing clients Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer service skills Ability to build relationships, advise customers, and influence decision-making Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously Experience developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and customer portfolio Ability to use independent judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in high-pressure situations High attention to detail when composing, reviewing, and managing sales-related documentation Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred Experience in sales and customer service preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is performed in an office and customer-facing business environment, where employees regularly communicate with customers, internal teams, and leadership. The role requires extended periods of sitting or standing, along with frequent use of computers, phones, and communication systems. Employees must be able to maintain focus and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds, and possess strong visual ability, including color recognition.
