Job Description

ENTERPRISE OUTSIDE SALES PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Enterprise Outside sales purpose is to identify and secure partnerships with area businesses, and to educate, promote and sell our programs to members of those corporate partnerships.
ENTERPRISE OUTSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize networking, cold calling and other methods to identify opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customers
  • Contact businesses and set meetings with decision makers to discuss HealthyCare services and corporate membership options
  • Finalize contracts
  • Create marketing strategies to sell our programs to new clients or to sell additional products and services to existing clients
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and services
  • Consistently increase the number of corporate partners, while maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Support the Sales staff, when necessary, in selling products and services to current members
  • Find creative ways to introduce new offerings to new or existing clients
PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS
Applicant must be willing to work 40 hours per week, and have the flexibility to travel and work nights and weekends, depending on the business needs and corporate sales goals. This position also requires the ability to work cooperatively with other managers and employees on project-based tasks for the company.
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree required. Knowledgeable in the areas of Health and Wellness Advanced computer skills and knowledge required Experience with building a book of business 10 years of prior experience as a Broker, in outside sales or a related field in the community Experience delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-term relationships Above average work ethic Outgoing personality with team player mentality High degree of integrity Above average organizational skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Above average sales skills Great communication skills and ability to connect with customers and staff Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations Ability to present to key corporate partners and large groups
COMPENSATION
Base salary of $25-30k per year, monthly commissions, and a performance bonus structure. Additional compensation includes major medical Insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and health club membership.
