This role focuses on growing revenue through consultative selling, pipeline development, and long-term partnerships with insurance, dealership, fleet, and commercial accounts. What You'll Do Develop and execute territory strategies to drive new business and revenue growth Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting and networking Develop and grow relationships with key strategic partners Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and business reviews Manage accounts, forecasts, and CRM activity Meet or exceed revenue and performance targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong client outcomes Travel regularly within assigned territory What We're Looking For 3-7 years in outside sales, business development, or account management Strong B2B relationship-building and closing skills Ability to influence executive-level decision makers Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Why VIVE Collision?
