Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Drive new personal lines business production through inbound opportunities, referrals, and relationship development. Monitor and manage the inside sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and accurate tracking of opportunities. Track and analyze sales performance metrics including quote-to-bind ratios, pipeline activity, and close rates. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to increase conversion and efficiency. Work closely with Executive Vice President to support agency growth initiatives and sales strategy development. Assign incoming opportunities to inside sales team members and ensure accountability for follow-through. Develop and maintain standardized sales workflows, templates, and communication processes. Assist with onboarding and coaching new inside sales team members. Maintain and service a personal book of business while ensuring high client retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and carriers to deliver competitive coverage solutions. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance sales or account management experience. Active Property & Casualty insurance license. Strong understanding of personal lines coverages and carrier underwriting guidelines. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
