This is a pivotal new role within the agency, created to speed up and strengthen the new business quoting process for small-middle market commercial accounts. You will partner closely with producers to gather submission data, market accounts to carriers, obtain and negotiate quotes, and help drive rapid turnaround on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the small commercial new business pipeline, focusing on efficient "quote, bind, or move on" workflows. Gather and organize submission data from producers; request and evaluate loss runs. Market accounts to a broad carrier network Take ownership of partnership quoting workflows, helping streamline and optimize the process. Collaborate with a highly effective processing team for technical submission assistance. Provide strong client communication and service—especially for smaller accounts that need quick, attentive handling. Serve as a generalist across multiple industries and risk profiles.
Ideal Traits:

A go‑getter with strong follow-through and responsiveness. Familiarity with loss runs and commercial lines workflows (even if you haven't formally "marketed" before). Licensed in P&C (required). Experience as a Commercial Lines AE or AM strongly preferred; small‑commercial quoting experience a plus but not mandatory.
