Sr. Commercial Lines Account Executive

Commercial Lines Account Manager, Real Estate, Construction and/or Healthcare A premier boutique brokerage in North Jersey is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to take ownership of a large real estate and construction-focused book. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in a sophisticated, fast‑moving environment and excels at managing complex, high‑value accounts.

Responsibilities include:

Manage large real estate and construction book with accounts up to $8M in premium Work closely with principal Negotiate and place accounts with captives and carriers Comfortably manage large deductible programs and loss sensitive plans Navigate NY/NJ labor laws with confidence In addition to real estate, manufacturing and transportations, expertise with construction‑specific certs, endorsements, loss runs, WIP reports, and multifaceted applications Manage individual project policies, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure accurate documentation Lead detailed contract reviews, including indemnity clauses, liability limitations, scopes of work, and design‑build considerations Identify coverage gaps and address excessive client/subcontractor requirements Run the book end‑to‑end using
