Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships to maximize revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can identify opportunities, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and deliver value. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasts and reports. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B or SaaS. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
