The Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with venues such as family entertainment centers, hospitality locations, retail spaces, bars and restaurants, and other high-traffic sites. Responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, conducting in-person and virtual sales meetings, presenting Sunstar Vending's revenue-share game room solutions, and preparing proposals and contracts. The role also involves managing a pipeline in the CRM system, forecasting sales, collaborating with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth launch of new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to support renewals and expansions. The Sales Executive will regularly visit customer locations, attend industry events or trade shows as needed, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends and competitive activity. Duties Engage in outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships through warm calling techniques. Conduct telemarketing activities to promote our products and services, effectively communicating value propositions to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B (business-to-business) clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as HubSpot to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach. Negotiate terms and close sales deals by demonstrating the benefits of our technology solutions, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate inbound inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of technology or technical sales environments. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate complex concepts clearly. Experience with inside sales strategies including outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques. Ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting efforts. Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices to enhance client engagement and retention.
