As a Packaging Sales Executive , you'll join a fast-growing manufacturing company with a professional but agile culture. No excessive corporate bureaucracy. What You'll Be Doing Your days will be a mix of chasing new business, building strong relationships, and growing accounts that matter. You'll prospect with confidence, get in front of decision-makers, and help clients find packaging solutions that fit their operation. You'll work across high-demand industries like food, pet food, and cannabis packaging. One moment you're opening a new conversation. The next you're working closely with operations and production to make sure a customer gets what they need quickly and efficiently. This role is for someone who likes momentum. You'll have autonomy. You'll wear multiple hats. You'll help shape growth while working closely with leadership, and when you win, your impact won't be hidden in a spreadsheet. Strong candidates can move through the process and interview within just a few days. What You'll Earn You'll earn a base salary of $50,000-$70,000 per year, plus commission. This role is built for strong performers who want six-figure earning potential tied directly to performance and account growth. Our first-year reps are taking home $120,000 - $130,000 a year. You have 3-5 years of B2B, manufacturing, industrial, packaging, or consultative sales experience preferred. You have a hunter mentality and can generate new opportunities while growing existing accounts. You build trust with business owners, purchasing teams, and operational decision-makers. You want a fast-moving, growth-stage company, not layers of corporate bureaucracy. You take accountability seriously and don't need constant micromanagement. You can adapt, communicate well, and stay professional while wearing multiple hats. Bonus points if you've sold in packaging, manufacturing, printing, logistics, food production, or industrial environments.
