Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a high-impact, client-facing professional to drive growth across strategic accounts within the NYC market. This role combines account management, client relationship development, and business development, offering the opportunity to influence revenue growth and expand enterprise client partnerships within the IT staffing industry. Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Drive new business acquisition across IT staffing and consulting services. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client hiring strategies and workforce challenges. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and contribute to forecasting. Represent the organization during client engagements and industry events. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or business development. Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue. Experience working with enterprise or mid-to-large clients preferred. Strong understanding of IT staffing, workforce solutions, and delivery models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
