You?ll manage the full lifecycle of the customer experience?from the first "hello" to the final delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and energy.

Sales Cycle Support:

Provide accurate quotes, process Purchase Orders (POs), and set up new customer accounts.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively following up on leads.

Business Growth:

Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market reach.

Data Integrity:

Keep our CRM and account databases updated and accurate.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Monday ? Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM (No weekends!)

Pay Structure:
