We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with 3-5 years of B2B sales experience , a strong hunter mindset , and a proven ability to find, develop, and close new business. This role requires excellent prospecting , relationship building , technical learning ability , resilience , organization , and communication skills . This representative will be responsible for driving growth within the Reno/Northern Nevada territory by identifying new opportunities, conducting client meetings, and presenting PacStates' solutions. As an Outside Sales Professional, your day-to-day includes: Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities via networking, cold calls, referrals, and outreach campaigns. Client Discovery & Consultative Selling
  • Meet with prospects to assess their technology needs and pain points. Presenting Solutions
  • Recommend tailored IT service packages and cybersecurity solutions that fit each client's goals and budget. Pipeline Management
  • Maintain organized, up to date records of interactions and deals in our CRM system. Relationship Building
  • Nurture long term client relationships to generate referrals and future business. Quota Achievement
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and apply feedback to level up your skills.
What you Bring 3-5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in a hunter style role A documented history of closing deals and exceeding goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently Experience with CRM systems and digital tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Passion for helping businesses grow through technology Technology sales and/or HaaS, SaaS experience a plus Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet Monthly Sales Quotas, as defined. Perform and Document a Minimum of two Hundred (200) Cold Calls per day. Participate in Sales Accountability Meetings with Sales Manager. Schedule for and Plan to Attend Company-Sponsored Civic and Community Events.
