  • 250k) Overview Nomad Group is building the outbound engine behind one of New York City's fastest-growing tenant-representation brokerages.
We believe pipeline should be engineered, not left to chance. We're hiring a Growth Engineer to architect and scale the systems that power Nomad's next phase of growth. You will run outbound like a product function, building targeting systems, designing workflows, running experiments, and continuously improving conversion and efficiency. You will scale Nomad's outbound coverage across thousands of high-growth companies and build a durable pipeline engine that compounds over time. Compensation

    What You'll Do:
    Build Nomad's outbound engine from the ground up
    • Architect the targeting systems, workflows, and infrastructure behind Nomad's pipeline generation
    • Establish scalable outbound coverage across thousands of high-growth companies in New York
    • Build and maintain HubSpot as the central system of record, including pipeline attribution, automation, and reporting
    • Deploy modern GTM tooling such as Clay, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI workflows to automate sourcing, enrichment, and personalization Engage executive decision-makers directly
    • Identify and engage founders, operators, and financial leaders evaluating office space
    • Map and multi-thread key stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Chiefs of Staff, and Heads of People
    • Consistently generate validated executive-level meetings that convert into active leasing opportunities Operate with full ownership over outbound performance
    • Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and workflow automation based on conversion and revenue outcomes
    • Monitor funding events, hiring growth, relocations, and lease timing signals and convert them into outbound opportunities
    • Build systems that compound over time rather than relying solely on manual outreach Create opportunities that directly drive Nomad's revenue growth
    • Transition qualified opportunities to Nomad's brokerage team for execution
    • Remain focused on originating new pipeline and expanding Nomad's proprietary deal flow What We're Looking For
    • 3-6+ years of experience in outbound sales, growth, GTM engineering, or pipeline generation roles, with direct responsibility for creating and multiplying revenue systems.
    • Proven ability to generate qualified meetings through outbound. You know how to identify targets, reach decision-makers, and convert cold outreach into real conversations.
    • Experience building outbound and targeting systems using modern GTM tooling , such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
    • High ownership and commercial mindset.
    You operate autonomously, think in terms of revenue impact, and are comfortable building pipeline infrastructure from zero. Why This Role Exists Nomad's brokers spend the majority of their time executing active transactions, advising clients, touring space, negotiating leases, and managing deals through closing. Execution alone can consume 12-16 hours per day, which limits the ability to systematically build pipeline at scale.
