Full-time Position Summary Ball Chain Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Sales Account Executive for ShimmerScreen. ShimmerScreen is Ball Chain Manufacturing Co, Inc./BCM Architectural Division's premier architectural product line. The ShimmerScreen Sales Account Executive will drive sales through the entire deal-flow cycle from development to delivery. The Sales Account Executive will grow and expand the scope of the business to new markets, focusing on both internal and external sales channels to expand market presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities Drive sales through the entire deal-flow cycle from development to delivery Grow and expand the scope of the business to new markets Focus on both internal and external sales channels to expand market presence and drive sales growth. QualificationsExperience or interest in sales, interior design, and hospitality design 4-year Undergraduate Degree Proven and demonstrable track record of productive relationships in prior work Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both one-on-one and with an audience Ability to lead a sales process from opportunity identification through deal close The most important quality for our Sales Account Executive will be an enthusiasm for the product and for what we can do for our customers
