As a Account Executive in our Fire Division, you'll work closely with businesses, contractors, and facility leaders to design and deliver fire alarm systems that help protect lives and keep operations running safely. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial consultation and system design through project execution and completion. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and complex problem solving. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships. Consult with customers to identify fire alarm and life-safety system requirements. Prepare system recommendations, cost estimates, and bid proposals. Review construction documents, specifications, and applicable codes. Conduct site surveys and evaluate installation requirements. Coordinate project transitions from sales through design, installation, and project management. Manage contract documentation, change orders, and project records. Perform site visits to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction. Support project closeout activities and documentation. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, code requirements, and manufacturer offerings. What You'll Bring Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer challenges and develop effective solutions. Experience reviewing blueprints, specifications, and contract documents. Working knowledge of fire alarm systems and life-safety technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and database systems. Experience with CAD software is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Qualifications Technical degree, certification, or equivalent industry experience. 2-5 years of consultative sales, estimating, project coordination, or related experience.
