Personal Lines Account Executive

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Personal Lines insurance portfolio. You will engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service. Candidate must hold a current P&C Brokers License. AMS360 experience a plus. Duties Manage a book of business approximately $2.5 million in premium Daily servicing - Car changes, mortgagee changes, etc. Update management system with policy information when not downloaded. (use AMS360 web version with Image Right) Renewal review and communication with clients - remarket when necessary. Round-out existing accounts Must have knowledge of Excess and Surplus Lines Carriers and the forms to complete a submission Quoting new business when necessary. Detail oriented Multi-tasker Team player Experience Proven experience in insurance sales. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing client engagement. Experience in analyzing market data and trends to inform sales strategies. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Familiarity with sales administration processes is advantageous.
