This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and expanding staffing partnerships across multiple markets nationwide .The ideal candidate is a hunter with a consultative sales approach who thrives on building relationships, uncovering workforce challenges, and delivering customized solutions. This individual will work closely with operations and executive leadership to drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction . Key Responsibiliti esBusiness Development & Sal esIdentify, prospect, and secure new National Account opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, distribution, administrative, professional, and skilled trades sector s.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and gross margin target s.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workforce challenges and hiring need s.
Present service offerings, value proposition, and workforce solutions to decision-maker s.
Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract term s.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry event s.
Account Manageme ntServe as the primary point of contact for assigned National Account s.
Conduct regular business reviews and workforce planning meetings with client s.
Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, fill rates, and service delivery metric s.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and additional service offering s.
Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively while maintaining strong relationship s.
Collaboration & Executi onPartner with branches to ensure the successful fulfillment of client requirement s.
Communicate hiring forecasts, project needs, and workforce trends to internal team s.
Work closely with branch leadership and operations to coordinate nationwide initiative s.
Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, and forecasting within CRM system s.
